Our Story

Established in 2018, Commplete is a telecommunications network construction company that specialises in the construction management, construction and maintenance of critical communications networks within the telco, resources, energy and government sectors.

Based in the Illawarra NSW, our operational capability spans Nationally, and we maintain a fully equipped logistics, construction and service fleet of light and heavy 4WD vehicles.

All our personnel hold and maintain mandatory industry competencies and inductions, and possess specialist technical telecommunications construction knowledge in key business focus areas including site preparation, civil works, tower and network construction and integration.

Our field and project management teams are highly trained in the organisations safe systems of work, which is supported by our accreditation in ISO 45001, Safety Management Systems. Additionally the company is accredited in ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and ISO 9001, Quality Management Systems to ensure the highest level of environmental and quality management as part of our business conduct. Our Experience

Commplete was founded in 2018 by best mates Chris Mitchell and Brenden Lavin.

Chris and Brenden entered the telecommunications industry in 1998 and have consistently built mobile radio networks from the 1st to current 5th generation services. They have an impressive 50+ years of telco industry experience between the them.

Our project management team also has extensive experience with government, commercial and the oil and gas construction sectors.

Supporting our industry experience is a proven ability to deliver high end builds on some of the Country’s largest resource projects including the Chevron operated Gorgon Project, the INPEX operated Ichthys Project and the Origin operated APLNG Project.

    Starting his career in sales and marketing, Chris spent 5 years gaining a unique perspective and solid foundation within this field, with a huge emphasis on building solid relationships with valued clients.

    Brenden entered the Telecommunications construction sector in 1998 after obtaining his Advanced rigging qualification. His first industry employment was with Telstra NDC, radio lines division.
